 Tuna curry

Hi everyone do you like tuna fish curry.This is very spicy and delicious kerala recipe.So let's see how curry is made.


Necessary supplies

 Pieces of canned fish - half a kilo

Thottupuli (Kudampuli, fish Tamarind ) - 2 pieces

Ginger - 4 pieces crushed

Garlic - a teaspoon of crushed

Coconut oil - as needed

Salt - to taste

Chili powder - 4 tbsp

Coriander powder -2 tbsp

Turmeric powder - a quarter teaspoon

Mustard - half a teaspoon

Teaspoon of fenugreek -half 

Small onion (red onion) -10 nos

4 number of green chillies

Curry leaves - 5 nos

Pepper powder - half a teaspoon


How to prepare

 First,  2 pieces of tamarind and put it in a little water.  Then put the pan in the stove.When the pan (fish pot)is hot, put out the fire, whether in a wood stove or a gas stove.  Then add 4 teaspoons of coconut oil.  When the oil boils, add half a teaspoon of mustard. Then add half a teaspoon of fenugreek, curry leaves, onion, garlic and ginger paste.  Put a tablespoon of chili powder and coriander powder.  Once it is well drained, add a little water to the pan and add a teaspoon of oil.  When the curry broth boils well, put the cleaned fish pieces in it. Cover and boil for 15 minutes.  Then add salt to taste.  Add a little coconut oil and two number of curry leaves and keep aside.  Place the fish pot in a sealed container to allow the fish curry to evaporate. After 15 minutes, use the curry
