Broccoli plant

Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. Italica) is a green plant used for cabbage (family Brassicaceae, class Brassica) with its bright head, tail and its slightly related leaves eaten as a vegetable. Broccoli is prescribed for the Italica cultivation of Brassica oleracea varieties. Broccoli has large flower heads, usually green, arranged in a tree-like pattern spread across a thick, usually light green tail. Most of the flower heads are surrounded by leaves.
