Egg dry Fry recipe in tamil style


  • 4 dry red chillies
  • 2 tablespoon fried gram (pottu kadalai)
  • 1/2 inch piece ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 10 black pepper corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon oil to roast the eggs
  • 6 Boiled Eggs
  • Sliced onions and coriander leaves for garnish
How to make it

We will make a masala for covering the eggs. Take a little mixie container and include the accompanying fixings. 

Dry Red Chillies, singed gram (pottu kadalai) , Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, and Salt. Add 2 tablespoon of water and pound to a smooth glue. 

Divide the eggs into two and apply the masala generously on the yolk side of the split eggs. Allow it to marinate for 5 minutes. 

Warmth oil on a skillet and spot the eggs yolk side down and meal for two or three minutes. Turn the eggs and meal the white side briefly. Eliminate from heat. 

Serve hot with an enhancement of hacked coriander leaves.

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tsp Musturd Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Heat up the eggs in a vessel for 10mins or work we get breaks on the shell. Eliminate the shell, slice the eggs to two halfs and keep to the side.

Warmth oil in a griddle, add musturd seeds, cumin seeds and urad dal.

  • 10. Curd - 1/4 cup.
  • 11. Red chilli sauce - 1 tea spoon.
  • 12. Sugar - pinch.
  • 13. Coriander leaves - 1 tea spoon.

Take the bubbled and hacked bits of egg white in a bowl, add slashed garlic, ginger, garam masala powder, red bean stew powder, bread scraps, maida flour, egg white, salt and blend well.
